Dinners
Our meals offer an exciting choice of healthy, fresh food at excellent value and we believe that school meals contribute to a healthy diet and value for money. All our menus comply with current food and nutritional standards. Meals are currently charged at £2.60 per day for children in KS2 (£13.00 per week) and must be booked and paid for in advance using ParentPay.

Children on free school meals/universal dinners need to book meals in advance through ParentPay (www.parentpay.com)
Any chargeable dinners must be booked and paid for in advance on ParentPay

Universal Free School Meals
Children from Reception up to the end of Year 2 currently receive free school meals under the universal free school meals scheme. This is a grant provided by the government for every child that has the right to a free school meal. Meals must still be booked in advance using ParentPay.
Free School Meals
Although infant children will automatically receive a free meal, we are asking families who are in receipt of certain benefits, to complete an online application for free school meals (https://www.doncaster.gov.uk/doitonline/free-school-meals). Even if you don’t want your child to receive a free school meal we would still encourage you to apply, You may be entitled to other benefits such as:
- Free milk
- Reduced fees for school residential trips

Packed Lunches
Should you want your child to have a packed lunch, we encourage this to be a healthy packed lunch in line with our Healthy School Award. This may include:
A sandwich or suitable alternative (such as crackers/cheese/rice/pasta/wrap)
A piece of fruit/carrot sticks/cucumber etc
A small yoghurt/jelly (including spoon)
Biscuit/cake bar/animal biscuits/jammy dodgers etc
A small drink of juice/water
PLEASE NOTE, THAT DUE TO ALLERGIES, CHOCOLATE SPREAD/PEANUT BUTTER IS NOT ALLOWED IN SCHOOL.
We do not allow chocolate bars/sweets/fizzy drinks - these items will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.
School Milk
If you want your child to receive milk at school you can complete the registration form Cool Milk Registration Form.pdf and post it to: FREEPOST COOL MILK (no further address details needed).
You can also apply online for free school meals - https://customers.coolmilk.com/V2/register/
Milk is free to all children under 5 years old and they are entitled to ⅓ of a pint of semi-skimmed milk. Once your child reaches 5, milk is payable through 'cool milk' - please see the link below for information, online registration and payment options. If you are entitled to free school meals you are also entitled to free milk once registered.
